Linda Pinizzotto has received the Award for Top Individual Realtor at RE/MAX Realty Enterprises Inc. She is the recipient of several Awards as a Realtor and Owner of the Linda Pinizzotto Group and others relating to her engagements in the non profit sector, her philanthropy and Volunteerism. We are pleased to congratulate Linda for her compassion to create a non profit Association, the Condo Owners Association in Ontario (COA) to advocate the Provincial Government in March 2010 to revise the Condominium Act and ensure that 1.3 Million Condo Owners have better consumer protection with condo finances, reserve fund management, board governance and mandatory licensing for property management sector. In 2012 the Government agreed to open a Condo Act Review and make these changes inclusive of a dispute resolution process.
