Joshua is very passionate about community building. He is skilled in bringing people together. Prior to real estate Joshua had been running a successful barbershop business. He apprenticed at his uncle's barbershop on Bay Street at the age of 17. In the barbershop he learned hone in on his people skills, and ability to talk to people from all walks of life. He has a passion for architecture, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, photography and cafes. He is of Italian descent and loves to chit chat about Italy.
